With rural vibes and traditional flavors, The Mall Firenze and Vincenzo Dascanio welcome the start of fall with Cascina Eclettica: the unique seasonal event that, until November 5, will transform the Mall into a large courtyard inspired by the farming tradition.

In true rustic style, the event features installations dedicated to the produce of that time such as grapes, crystallized and framed by exquisite Moorish-inspired arches (Il Raccolto), and the sacred olive tree in La Corte, an installation that recounts the various stages of oil processing via an interactive screen.

Keeping the spotlight on fun and relaxation, there is also La Cascina, a lounge area where visitors can take a break and relax surrounded by themed furnishings and personalized board games, including checkers and Memory. Al Vento, on the other hand, will entertain visitors with a series of dish towels featuring botanical prints blowing in the breeze.

And it wouldn’t be fall without its distinctive aromas. La Dispensa is a space with shelves filled with cans and jars, interspersed with screens showing quiz questions for visitors to solve, while Cucine del Mondo offers visitors the chance to discover traditional dishes through displays and old recipe books.

All in all, an event that’s totally dedicated to the land, for a truly authentic experience of nature.
