Customers who are resident outside the European Union can request an early refund of the Value-Added Tax ( VAT) on purchases made on the same day over €70 per merchant by simply filling a refund form available at every points of sale in the shopping center.

In our Tax Free Lounge, non-EU residents can present these forms and obtain an instant refund of part of the VAT paid on items purchased in Italy.

To obtain this early VAT refund, please present the following:
• A Tax Free form provided by the store
• A passport (ID card for Swiss residents)
• A credit card

Please note:
The maximum advance refund is €999,50. Refunds in excess of this amount may be claimed at the customs desk of the airport at your last port of exit from the EU.
If it is not possible to claim an advance refund with us, you may requested a VAT refund within three months of the day of purchase of the item by having your refund forms stamped at a customs desk as you leave the EU.

In order to receive an early VAT refund, you must leave the European Union as follows:
* 20 days for departures from Italy

How does the service work?

To charge your vehicle, simply visit our Welcome Lounges where a member of the team will greet you and direct you to the dedicated parking area. Once you have a selected a charging point and connected the appropriate cable to your vehicle, your guide will activate the electric charging with a key, until a green indicator light appears, confirming that charging has begun. Once charging is complete, you may disconnect the cable from your vehicle by yourself and only then, from the charging point.
