DESINARE is a cooking school and catering service housed in the interior design showroom of Riccardo Barthel. The course offering includes private courses, tailor-made courses and courses delivered in English.

Subject to availability, the experience can be booked in the morning (suggested start time of 10AM), or in the afternoon followed by dinner (suggested start time of 5:30PM).

You will be taken on a guided tour of the Riccardo Barthel showroom and artisans’ workshops. The morning courses also include the opportunity to shop for fresh ingredients in the local area.

Upon arrival in the kitchen, you will cook three dishes from the selected menu, supervised by a personal chef. During the preparation, snacks will be served along with wine and water. When everything is ready, you’ll get the opportunity to sample your freshly prepared dishes.

The experience lasts 3–4 hours, depending on the menu and the number of participants.
